"“Still waiting for response since a contact in June? Hello?” Veronica responded with clueless answers upon seeing a one star review. Unhelpful. I'm still fuming about my experience with Veronica really, She seemed nice at first, promised the world, and I believed her. When my agent of many years retired, I was assured everything would be taken care of, but boy was I wrong. Insurance lapsed, and I lost money because of it. When I called Veronica about the expiring insurance, she gave me conflicting info. She told me to pay one amount, but the invoice said another. She promised to send the policy, but that never happened. The written evidence says "Veronica accepted your payment," but then radio silence. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses and claimed she contacted me, but there's no record of it. No emails, nothing. It's unacceptable. Buyer beware, folks. And she better found proof that she sent my money back."

"Veronica was absolutely fantastic when I first moved from Pennsylvania to Chicago. She handled both my auto and renters insurance in under two hours during a chaotic relocation, and what could’ve been a stressful process became one of the smoothest parts of my move. Her clarity, efficiency, and genuine care really stood out, and I appreciated how she walked me through every option and got everything set up on the spot. That level of service deserves real credit. But my recent renewal has seriously changed how I view this agency — and State Farm as a whole. My monthly auto premium jumped from $110 to $136, an increase of over 20%, despite no claims, no tickets, no policy changes, and driving fewer miles than estimated. In more than a decade as a State Farm customer, across multiple states, I’ve never seen anything remotely close to this level of increase. When I called to understand why the jump was so extreme, the explanation I received was simply “inflation.” That response doesn’t even begin to justify a 24% spike for a customer with a spotless record. It felt dismissive, and frankly, it raised major concerns about how pricing decisions are being handled. This experience has shaken my confidence enough that I’m now actively reassessing other insurers — and for the first time ever, I’m seriously considering leaving State Farm altogether. If you’re thinking about choosing this agency, be aware: premium increases like this can happen suddenly, without clear justification, and you may find yourself facing an unexpectedly massive renewal bill. My prior interactions here were excellent, which makes this abrupt and disproportionate increase even more disappointing. I truly hope the agency or State Farm corporate reevaluates situations like mine, because loyalty and responsible driving shouldn’t be penalized at this scale."
